One Cuernavaca Hotel

The rooms were clean, and the continental breakfast was a great start to our days. We enjoyed visiting local attractions and found the taxi service to be efficient and always ready. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and helpful 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when staff assisted me with my bags. I recommend trying the delicious breakfast. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The staff was knowledgeable and really helpful and solved our problems immediately. The location of the hotel was excellent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Galerias Cuernavaca Mall. This property was in a nice area just off very modern shopping mall with great dinner options, and the center of Cuernavaca a city which offers a "million " beautiful things to do.

Although the room was clean, the thin walls made it hard to avoid disturbances from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was a standout feature, keeping us fueled for the day.
